We get hundreds of these every week and we can't always find where they belong. They are some of the "lost" letters every one goes on about, when they're slagging Royal Mail off. oh of course i complained..... strangly enough they never really said much apart from we will send you a cheque out to re-imburse your money paid..... this was last tuesday and still nothing
