They are using plenty of molybdenum disulphide assembly grease on the head bolts and cams which is a good sign. A lot of so called engine builders might just put a squirt of oil in there which is not as good on initial start up as moly, or a moly/oil mix.
trust me marky ... I done sh## loads of home work on choosing my builder ... They come highly recomened from ... The bset subaru tuner's Also they have done lots of stroker kits too ... So i knows its in good hands ... there are well busy ... pasty's is next once mines see day light again ... cheers for looking Rocko
Ours should be next !
Hopefully the 2.2 cdb miss match has been sorted and the next set of spec c heads have turned up after the 1st set had hairline cracks in them.

So he can locate turbo before fitting engine in to car ..
Also Spec C manifold has got some lugs and bolts holes which i dont need so they will be removed and tidyed up then will be re painted in crinkle STI red
Along with some other parts .. Then it will be time to Fit RCM Fuel rails And bespoke fuel lines inc goodridge hose fitting ..

Just a lilttle up date .. .. Having tryin to source a decent fabricator .. We/ CPA were held up getting this hardpipe custom made .. which need to be spot on .. so fair play to a chap call'd Andy to putting his hard work in ..
Also so had inlet manifold back from RCM And Rocker covers ..
Just need to Double cheak that the custom made pipe fits the new manifold .. so it can be sent of for the red crinkel finish ...
Now with the manifold back the lads can crack on with fuel rails and lines and fuel filter..
So light is ' the end of the tunnel =-)
So ime hopin ill get some pictures of the RCM Rails Soon
Cheers Guys
