The WR1 has now sat in the garage for almost 1 year without a single outing, and in the last 21 months has only covered about 2,500 miles.
This is sad and I have now decided to make a serious effort to sell this wonderful car.
The car is in fantastic condition and has only covered 13,640 miles. The only fault with the car is one 1/2 inch minor scuff mark on one wheel other than that its mint.
Registered April 2004
All standard WR1 spec with the addition of a pro drive strut brace and mudflaps.
13640 miles
Mint condition
Service history
The MOT will be done next week and the car is Taxed until end of June
1 previous owner since new
Plaque, Gear knob, Tax disc holder and Keyring included.
Number 125
Based in Bexley Kent
£16,995

Fantastic mate! That should shift no problem.
Only worries would be the car sitting for that long with no action!
Very similar spec and mileage of my own when I bought her!
Good luck!

Well it gets started once a month and the battery is on trickle charge.
Will get an outing next week of 1 whole mile as that’s the round trip distance to get the MOT.
At least that’s better than my bike as I never start that and it too never goes anywhere.
I love the car to bits but always find some excuse not to take it anywhere in case it gets damaged, just too bloody paranoid. Lol
The joy of a fast car and bike sort of got left behind, and driving a Discovery now takes all your ambitions away

This '1' used to belong to me and I can assure you that I spared no expense looking after it!
......always treated to a full Swissvax (Swissol) shine every wash!
I still miss it, and to be honest I wish I'd kept it and not bought an Evo IX instead.
Sold out and bought an EVO......then sold it because it was rubbish!

That's a little untrue...
I only sold it 21 Months ago and it had about 11,000 miles on the clock!
That said, it's still a lovely example.
Oh...and I didn't scratch the wheel!

Lee,
Trust you to read what I put and shame on me for not actually thinking about what I was witting.
I have now edited the post to reflect the correct details, which are 2,500 miles in the last 21 months.
To be very honest I just don't use the car at all, in the last year it has had two long trips to my work location which is just over 200 miles round trip and thats it.
Sorry for any confusions I never meant to mislead anyone, the car is in fantastic condition and has to be seen to be appreciated.

JUST LIKE TO THANKS STEVE ON MY PURCHASE OF HIS WR1, REALLY PLEASED TO HAVE IT.
I THOUGHT NO WR1 WOULD REPLACE MY PREVIOUS WR1 #315, .......SEEMS LIKE MY OLD CAR HAS COME BACK HOME.
THE CAR IS MINT, AA INSPECTED WHICH THE ENGINEER QUOTED" ONE OF THE BEST SUBARU`S HE HAS SEEN FOR A LONG TIME".
VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE.
IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING WITH YOU STEVE, HOPE YOU DONT FEEL TOO DOWN ABOUT LETTING IT GO.
CHEERS AK
