I am thinking about getting the sti8 scoob and also a air intake scoob for the left side vent, but as i have seen with adams at high'ish speeds the bonnet lifts!

this is true, and quite scary when you've once had an experience with a bonnet lifting and smashing into the windscreen at speed !!

I had a STI8 scoop on my P1 when i still had a TMIC. looks great from the front but terrible from the sides, they dont truly suit a classic IMHO. The DR motorsport item thats the same shape as o.e but taller is nicer. At speed, it makes the bonnett lift and shudder a LOT more than a facelift classic scoop. Its very disconcerting but i have not heard of one actually opening. Looks Mean from front - Pants from side -

I thought it did at first Poesy, but the novelty soon wears out.
They suit the new cars a lot better with the agressive 'sledgehammer' looks.
The classics are a little more blade like and they look out of place.
Also Wiewing the road is a consideration. You sit a lot lower in a RB5 than a WR1 and it takes a long while before you understand where your nose is!

it was on my saxo. i'd had a bump and shut the bonnet, it was completely shut and on the catch, but somehow came loose and although wasn't going particularly quickly it came up, smashed the windscreen/dented the room, quite scary when you can't see where you're going.

Thats the look i was going for, air intake on the left vent and the 22b vent on the other side, dr motorsport do some good prices as thats where i got my p1 lip from.

All the vents and scoops you see there are from milsport. very good quality but come unpainted.

dont put the big scoop on mate, they look absolute PANTS on the classic shape. I wouldnt mess about with teh bodystyling at all on an RB5,the shape is much better than the "blobeye"-PROPER SCOOB shape
Crash bang wollop!!
