I am looking to get my wr1 mapped, has any one got any recommendations where to go? Also, I've read so many pros and cons, regarding rolling road, or map on the road? Would appreciate any input. Regards

Hi Bob Rawle is the man, mapped a sti for me after another mapper couldn't stop it over boosting normally need some speed runs on road and or dyno runs which give bhp torque curve and performance gains , great things turbos so much more power for relatively small money .. should see few more bhp without any problem ..

Cheers mate, I'll check him out, hoping to get it done by summer. MOT next week, I've bought a full 3inch Hayward decat system to go on, with cossie panel filter and new fuel pump, so Hopfuly see some gains.

you might get an extra 50bhp out of a std UK STi but not realistic for a WR1 unless you change turbo's

I'd recommend Duncan! He does Thursdays and Fridays at Surrey Rolling Road, I was looking at the Hayward and scott decat, what made you go for the 3inch system mate?

Hello Scott, I've got it booked in with Duncan in April counting down the days. To be honest mate, I wasn't sure which to go for, I'm no expert, just advised that if I go for big power later on, I might as we'll go for the 3inch!

You won't get the extra 50hp mentioned above you will be looking at 20-30hp at the most. Quite a few boys got remaps with exhausts and filters when the wr1's first came out and all got in the region of 340-350 from the original 320hp the Turbo is at its limit there.

I'll be more than happy with that, I've never had a car on a rolling road, so really looking forward to it. I had an s2000 previous, which I loved, but can't see my self ever changing now. It's bloody amazing
