Great figures mate!! How long did the remap take all-in-all? Is it still a standard engine/turbo/exhaust etc?

What advantage does a boost controller have on a 'standard' engine? I would have thought that you wouldn't be at risk of getting more than the standard 1.4bar? Apologies for my lack of knowledge

I like the way you can switch the map via the heated screen switch. I was taking my car out to be stored for the winter a few weeks ago and it felt slow as hell on the way out. The battery had went flat the day before so obviously re-set the car back to the low boost map Andy installed, wasnt till i remembered half way through 4th gear when I double clicked the button that I got a shit load more boost and a massive smile on my face again!
Going round corners just got a whole lot faster...

What is more of a worry is that it took till 4th gear to realise. Your brain must be full of suds and tripping on tar remover fumes.

I have to depress the throttle peddle for 5 secs before starting the car...then the rev counter needle indicates which map it is on. 1 or 2.
I have only ever used map 2 once, just to see what it was like....never again!!
