Or... you could take your car and just enjoy the drive?
Either way Pasty if it all comes off then you and Spike are more than welcome in my car. I personally prefer the convoy drive because that always puts a smile on my face... You know the stuff... even the drive from DSA to the hotel was a scream in convoy. Having said that... so long was we get to share a pint or two then F*ck the Ring.

big WR1oc meet in Germany for beer. A bit of driving too would be great. and some track action at the Ring. I agree, it;s great to have a line of Scoobs in Convoy, but I'd much rather have as many people as poss, so happy to take passengers.
Would seriously be awesome if we could get a good turnout

Looks like I need to get some new tyres, a map tweak with Bob, geo setup and new suspension before August.

No. LMAO at Stu's comment about my wallet.
Last when we went for a curry, I put my wallet on the table at a moment.
Then, without paying attention, I put it away but I managed to stuff it in the one pocket of my jacket where there is hardly any space to put it in...
When we come out, I notice my wallet is 'missing' as it's not in the normal pocket.
As it wasn't in the restaurant, Spike and Bro were obvious suspects. Given the amount of beer they had consumed, I suspected a prank... but then found the wallet stuffed in that one small top pocket.

Don't know for two reasons:
1. I won't have the Evo probably and am unsure I'll be able to afford another car that is track-worthy in the next 12 months.
2. It all depends on the turn-out. This year we had 6 people and one by one they chickened out over 100 quid whereas I was prepared to spend 3K to make it to that meeting
If we want to reduce the cost and avoid the summer period when we are at risk that many of us are on family holiday, maybe we should really look at doing a few days to the region and go to Zolder and the Ring.
Zolder costs about 230 Euros from 12 til 18 (generally more than enough for all of us to be bored) and it includes training and instruction.

Spouses always welcome. All the partners I met so far (Helen, Heather, Jen,...) were all good fun. Sure mine will be there to keep the spirits up.
I personally think we'll get more success trying to set something in spring than in middle of the summer.
If we want, there is a track day at Croix-en-Ternois 14 April. Could do that combined with a trip to Ring and I can guide us past some of the stages of the Ypres rally and the rallies in the Ardennes.
When is Easter ?
