Whitehaven Mike. I quite liked that shot under the tent thing. Think I'll try for a better one in the sun some time.

Speaking of which, I'm not happy with the amount of badges on the boot. Its way too 'busy'. The WRX badge needs to come off. Maybe at the weekend

I've seen a few completely flushed boots, mate, and would rather something was happening as I think with nothing there it looks a bit vacant. I'm a bit of a badge whore, which I why I bought the WR1 sticker!
Too many for me now, though

Full size rear plate? It is a full size rear plate. Got stopped by the police last week too, so it'll have a full size front plate on soon as well!

You can get plates that fill the entire rear recess.

Now that I didnt know. Impressive. You are a mine of information. Some of it is fairly useful, too.

Cheers Bro
Speaking of the de-tango, I now need to get shot of the rear tango bulbs and the side repeater ones. Stage 1 complete though.

Unfortunately, its a self service job I'm afraid.
This should help you out, though

You're right, it really does change the front end. Seeing it in reality and not just in pictures is night and day.

If you don't have a big plate you can see the holes that Subaru left in the top of the recess...
Scutch... can you mail these pics to DanR ready for next years calendar please?

Bro, if the weather is nice on Saturday I was going to take some more pics. Those were taken in the rain. I can still forward them on I guess, but I think I can do much better.
Also, I have positioned the rear plate so it covers the holes from the original plate. I know what you mean though, as now its not positioned centrally on the vertical axis. Hmm.

Send these pics for sure. Towards the end of the year Dan will have plenty choose from.

Nice boot are the badges just stuck on or does the boot require a re-spray after removal?

Yeah I'm liking that, Chris.
However, I'd still have to have my little WR1 sticker somewhere, maybe where it is currently. Just so people know what it is when they're behind me
Very nice.

Very nice, Chris. My Type 25 was de-badged and I much preferred the uncluttered look. I didn't feel I need to advertise as the presence of the car in your mirrors seemed to be enough!

Yes the badge is a stick on £20 from RCM,there are a couple of locating studs that you can just grind down and then it just sticks on,we set it a bit lower than the Hawkeye, just thought it looked better.
Got to de-tango my headlights now, your car looks great scutch.
