Right guys, apologies we didnt get a trip organised this year, but we WILL be returning to Belgium in 2008
I would say to follow a similar sort of plan to the last trip, the trip will be organised around the Spa track day, as we can drop down to the Nurburgring for a few laps pretty much any day of the week. We wont get exact dates for the trip for a while until they're released, but I would expect it to be towards end of August if we use Bookatrack, and will keep an eye on Easytrack events too.
Last time I think a few of us did 4 nights, and a few stayed an extra night or two. The plan will be to convoy over together.

Assume nobody will have any issue with staying a night or two at De Kroon in Ninove again?

Not a problem to me, but I know from last year that some folks got a bit exhausted being in a different hotel every night. Being able to stay somewhere for two nights would be a real bonus.

I agree.
My original though was that people would get bored. Hence the moving around.
Was interesting to see how many liked staying in Ninove accross Den Drippel... and still were exhausted.
Would there be an interest from people to stay at a nicer hotel somewhere ?
Or was De Kroon with its 75 Euro per room good enough ?
The location, I think, is pretty good as you can be in Gent or Brussels within 25 mins, Antwerp is 40mins away, Bruges 40 mins,...

Well, going to Den Drippel means we can only take the hotel across the street. Nobody would be able to make any other hotel

Can I have a stool that's not too high? That way I can get up it, and not hurt myself too much when I fall off

Separate thread might be needed, right now we only have the option of doing a double track day ie, both the 4th AND 5th of August, at a cost of £450.
