I can't see a way to unsubscribe from admin emails, is there a way to do this please?

Not really.

Only thing I can suggest is you change the email address in your profile to something that doesnt work or you dont use?!

Are you checking the email address linked to your wr1oc account? Also, check in the spam fodler if you have one for this mail account

Fair point dan just logged into my email account and found them all in the junk folder thankfully that wont happen anymore.

AFAIK only 2 e-mails have gone out recently:

1. ProSport Rolling Road Day
2. Nurburgring 2009

I wouldn't quite call that spamming, I've had more e-mails from BT in the last week then wr1oc

I hope he not getting confused with thread notification, I get 10s of them everyday but that's because I choose to
