No email notifications?!

Has anyone else not been receiving email notifications for pm and thread updates in the last day or two? Also seems the site is running quite slow at times too, may just be my end but be interested to hear if anyone else is getting the same

typical, got three messages that are in my "outbox" from when I sent instead of "sent messages", only thing I can think is the 2 recipients have full inboxes!
