M25 clockwise at 18h15 around Leatherhead. Anyone from here? Didn't manage to see the numberplate as I overtook him :oops:

For anyone that is unclear, Swede was in the car where the passenger was wearing a balaclava. No, not a Greek sweet... and no, not a Burka.
