Great pics, I like what you,ve done with the front splitter, looks really cool but I not so keen on the coloured dashboard trim.

One idea with the black part of the splitter and the roof spoiler: Wrap it in carbon-look foil. Should finish it off more 8) than just plain black plastic

Splitter looks cool 8) Not too sure about the dash trim, hope you got a silver one to spray up because the black ones are extremely difficult to get hold of
I like the exhaust, I have a Blitz so I like them big and loud
I really like the rear spoiler and have often considered doing the same myself but never had the guts to do it 8)

Roof spoiler looks 8)
Splitter is well different looks good
Coloured dash is nearly like looking at a normal sti, not too sure on that, we've got the defi pod painted in ice blue some like some don't.

Indiviual choice is good.

Great to see your pictures. You certainly have been bold.

Carbon and Ice blue don't mix in my opinion. Do a search of Osaka if you want some pictures to prove the point

Like splitter and roof spoiler,
:D
where did you get roof spoiler from ?? :?:

How is it attached ?? - heard some were just stuck on ???

Not sure about dash, I toyed with idea of putting silver one in as I wasn't sure about all black, but got used to it.

Nice pics, like what you've done with the splitter very original but not sre about the centre console though.

It does in very small doses they look good together, but as much as i love carbon i have to agree with you when you mean bonnets & bumpers etc that cover large areas. Osakas whole car is an example of what not to do to a Wr1!!!
Got carbon B pillars on mine & been looking for a carbon top grill surround for a while. More carbon under the bonnet - slam panel, alternator cover & fuse box, been looking for a few other bits for engine bay.

Yeah Mick has a few parts that i have & a couple more that i want. Had all my bits before i saw a pic of his, had a few pm's asking him about his other bits after seeing his pic.

Far prefer carbon than shiney blingy alloy bits.

I can meet you in the middle... It very much depends on the car for me. The RS4 comes with carbon under the bonnet and in the cabin. IMHO it looks right at home in that setting. Otherwise :nono: Different folks... and I hear you stroke a fair bit?

osaka's car was not sensible :wtf2: that is true.

Generally I like shiney under the bonnet, carbon touches elsewhere.

Agree that carbon only goes in small doses. Osaka stuff is just way OTT, on ANY colour.

Whether carbon and ice blue fights I cannot say as I see Ice Blue as silver and bit carbon and silver works well together.

That being said, the matt black plastic still looks too unfinished. Any other suggestions ? Paint it metallic black, maybe with a tiny hint of blue in it?

As far as I'm aware the originals on 06/7 cars are bolted on.

I know of a few that have been bonded to 04/5 cars without problems.
