Opinion on these?

Postby Scutch » Mon Mar 03, 2008 8:11 am

On Saturday, a crystal grey STi passed me and was sporting one of these :

I'm not usually a fan of the roof scoops, but it actually looked pretty darn funky. Made the car stand out and looked a lot more agressive than the usual Impreza look.

Thoughts?

Thoughts - You are the biggest chav to own a WR1. Have you contacted Osaka? He'd have some nice bits for you.

Joking aside, since it serves no purpose :nono:

Well the Spec C RA comes with them, and they're considered a better car. You cant win sometimes, huh?

I guess I'll just stick with my crappy bog standard roof...

Your car, you choice. If you don't want peoples' opinions, that my be opposite to yours, then you are better not asking as chances are the WR1oc will put their opinion forwards anyway :toofuuny:

So then, are you tempted to fit one?

Scutch, the difference is it's meant to be there on a spec-c as it's the homologation groupN / WRC car, and then it's just a flap - not some ugly protuberance like an inflamed Aardvarks conk.

Blue neons have always been a fav of mine but Mark wouldn't help me install them. Just image the blue rays lighting up the bonnet vent and wheel arches.... well cool!

That's because they are tasteless and not befitting of a man of your stature. I am still well up for fitting one of them big red starter buttons to Kylie though. Well cool!

Looks sweet that Mike. 8)

I'm splitterless at the moment but will have the new one on tomorrow. Really does improve the front end look in my opinion. I'll have cracked the mofo in a few days again, mind.

Hay, dont forget poesy - them good old days.

I'd say no to stickers and rally look on a wr1 tbh - its a nice car and deserves better than that. Plus its the wrong colour!!

Spike however, well who knows what he thinks
