I have PF pads front and rear. Do you find that the rear pads knock a bit?

Yes

They are supposed to. They allow the rear pads to expand with heat without binding.

You will not be disappointed either on the road or on the track. I havent been able to make them fade yet !!

First set of pads did over 20,000 miles too 8)

I can second that. I think we got 27000 miles out of our first set of pads.
Although many of those miles were covered in winter though (so little stress on the brakes) and on long distance runs up and down to Finland, I was still very impressed by it.

Great performers on track too. No fade what so ever and they fit in the standard calipers, which works out cheaper.

cleaning the calipers of old barke debris trapped inside helps the noise as does a small smear of copperslip on all "touching" surafces NOT anywhere near the pad face obviously

most brake noises that we look at are pretty much cured with a simple strip, clean and re-grease
