New Head Unit

Postby Designerman » Thu Aug 30, 2007 10:12 pm

Just fitted this new head unit along with new speakers etc. But the interesting bit is the panel underneath. My local main dealer did not have the usual black pocket in stock but gave me this to try instead.
Its a radio blanking plate designed for a Legacy and fits a treat.
I'm sure you'll agree it's a great match for the WR1 black dash surround and looks better than a gaping black hole.

Part no. 86225AA000 for those interested.

I had one of these before I fitted the double din...

Even better is the legacy/forester flip down front drawer that fits perfectly and is a perfect match on colour aswell and is helpful for storage.

It works by pushing it to allow it to fold down open then push to shut.
