It depends what your after! If your looking for increased turbo and induction noise, a cold air induction kit in the wing might do the trick. You will definately need a remap to run something like this. You might get some turbo surge as well (a loud fluttering from the turbo around 3 to 4K revs), which can be annoying.

Or you could fit an uprated panel filter, which won't give you the increased induction noise - and will prevent any surge.

On the standard turbo you're probably looking at only a few bhp increase if mapped.

After reading this thread I now realise that I am getting this turbo surge sound from my GGR induction kit fitted inside the engine bay, can anybody tell me if this will damage the turbo or the engine for that matter   If I do decide to keep it on I will need a remap as sometimes it stalls on quick de-acceleration / braking. Question where to get it remapped or change to a panel filter and lose that great induction sound. So come on wr1oc members any ideas??

Induction kit equates to remap, but its a lot of expense for just having a induction kit, why not go the whole hog and fit a full zorst system, or just go back to the standard airbox and fit a upgraded panel filter

For a remap Powerstation is close to you Evo1234

But I did'nt know you got turbo surge from one
Only thought that occured with a 3" decat system
As for wear on the turbo is does shorten the life I believe,
but like all things it depends on how you drive !
