Front indicators

Postby Drew022 » Fri Feb 09, 2007 2:18 am

I've just seen a black "hawkeye" on scoobynet with crystal clear front indicators, has anyone done this on a WR1, if so is it a easy job?

cheers

Andy.

Have a look at this detango with a twist.

He's done the detango thing but also painted the silver internal light surrounds black while it's apart. I think it looks very impressive. If I didn't have the morrette coversion I'd be very tempted to do exactly this. I suppose it would look better on a dark car than a pale car but worth a think.

I sort of like the idea.

My only reservation is that the black insert makes the lights look an odd shape but this could be because it isn't colour coded. On the WR1 with the ICE BLUE I think it has potential to look amazing.

I'm probably wrong on this, but as the T25 comes with de-tangoed Xenon lamps as standard there must a part number for it somewhere. If that's the case, why can't peeps just order them direct from Subaru?
