Okay mate, I got an email from harvey today saying some info that might be of use to you. The most surprising being that the 600 injectors on the invoice are actually 650cc injectors. Here are the bits that might help:

Turbo is HS TD05 20G 7cm with ported exhaust inlet and 14psi WG actuator.

The injectors were supplied by Lateral and are 650cc.

Some turbos are more prone to surge than others. Generally, 18G will not surge but 20Gs will. VF34 or 35 will surge but VF24 or 28 will not. This is no big deal and is mapped out by alteration to the wastegate duty cycle.
