New Alloys

Postby brenmyster » Thu Sep 16, 2010 11:30 am

Can anyone help?

I'm looking for a new set of alloys for my 1

Gloss black 5 or 7 spoke but must have a yellow lip

Have trawled the net but no joy

Could anyone recommend anywhere that may do the above?

Thanks

Simon :D

can you not just get your existing wheels re-frubed in the colours you want...sounds pretty easy to do and probably cheaper than buying a new set too.

yeah I thought of that but the traditional WR1 wheels don't have a lip that protrudes enough to paint a different colour.

depends on how thick a pinstripe you want I guess.

it could be machined a bit flatter without effecting the bead at all.
