saw these in the flesh at the yorkshire show. the worry i have with them is what happens when you do hit a kerb in them. chances are they will split and go straight into the tyre damaging the tyre immediately. there is also a weak point where the circle joins in a bulky clip which will be the bit that gets caught first if you kerb it. they showed me how they fit and half of it fits inside the alloy, then the tyre when fit to the alloy snaps and holds it in place... just seems risky to me if you kerb it at a certain angle by mistake the split will go straight through the tyre... they also said it had taken them a long time to get them through safety checks to be able to sell them to the public which didnt inspire confidence. Nice idea though and they do cover up your existing scuffs so you wouldnt want clear ones :)
