It has been just over a week since Rocko picked up the WR1 666 beast after the legend Dave Rowe tinkled with her brains for the 1000 mile run in period before we go off to DSA for her final map and power runs in about 5 weeks time, D day has come around so fast.
While we were in the process of the transplant, it was decided to remove the aircon system and also to replace the horrible power steering pipes with some nice new Goodridge pipes fresh from RCM. Removing the aircon system which included the aircon rad will allow more air to the radiator for better cooling and save a few KG so Rocko can not worry too much about his mince pies.
A few pics of the swap and one of his spys.

So there we have it. All decided in February and completed in September but officialy finished when we go to DSA with EPS and push it close to 700bhp in October. A very interesting 7 months including a Redline feature so, so far so good 8) Roll on October and then we can see how we have done.

The WR1oc has had a few tech people over the years... but mostly muppets that have never had their hands dirty and who would probably put on a pair of protective gloves to mow the lawn.
