If I did that then you would be very bored with this thread by now....you jest about technicaly challenged when there are years of usefull data on the WR1 OC.right?

The WR1oc has had a few tech people over the years... but mostly muppets that have never had their hands dirty and who would probably put on a pair of protective gloves to mow the lawn.

Doesn't mowing the lawn come under geting your hands dirty too? I leave it to the sheep, goats n horses or the mrs.

I mow the lawn wearing just my pants

if you can breathe through your ears you can mow the lawn longer

Up Date ...

Now complete my running sessions on 0.8 bar of boost for the first 1000 miles along with changing the oil twice .. then meet up with dave rowe for a tweek of the map so i could do a few more miles And let her know what she is in for :D

.. done over 1800 miles .. I did a detour to the Nurburgring And spa for a Track day .. boost was set too 1.7 bar ...

Got to say she did well never missed a beat did 5 laps of the ring and 20 laps on a open pit spa track day ...

That was the test of all tests .. Nick From Advanced Autos is happy and can now Rest and try and sleep throw the night lol

ill tray and post some pictures up soon as i get them

Good to bump into WR1 Bro as he was stayin in the same Hotel .. :D

Got to say Rocko, whilst I appreciate a lot of your work is hidden in the internals, Advanced Autos have done a sterling job with how the engine bay looks.

One small comment - The logon name "EngineSpecialists" could lead to confusion. For a small fee :) we could change your logon name to your company name?

Nothing like giving it a test of all tests! Never mind Nick's nerves back home...I bet you were wishing it didn't let go too!

Credit to all involved. One hell of a nice project.

Sounds like a plan to me. I can send Rocko around to settle the bill if it is no more than £1

Thanks for the great comments as well. The garage that did the first install prepared a lot of the hardware etc. I just re-organised a few things and other details when I had my hand all over her. Rocko had the design in his head and new what he wanted 8)

Alright peeps .. Update on were we are now Went for a mapping session about 2 months ago .. As id changed the turbo exhaust hushing to get us from 614 bhp to over the 650 .. after a fe runs we managed to get 634 ..

Soon as we'd finished Dave Rowe Said .. Have you seen the latest scooby clinic billet turbo .. With ETT ." Extended tip technology" Yeh i know its seems all geeky but goto to worth a try ..

So we was sent on our way .. still very happy with result, but was convinced we can brake the 650 mark on pump Fuel Vpower ..

Yeh you guessed it .. we managed to get hold on one So i got out my halfords tools again and set about swapping it over to the new version .. in-between doin that .. we came up with the idea of whacking some race fuel in to see if we can get close to 700 .. lol for a one off blast Yep you guess'd it again .. Olly at RCM was happy to sell me some which he always uses in the stopper ... he was like just be Carefull as this stuff is the dogs lol

So managed to book dave again at the rollers lol,

Was Ace day .. we had a small issue at first it wasn't makin any boost .. but found a blocked Copper breather in the boost controller .. so sorted that ...

we was after the 650 .. but Wanted 666 lol

As i left them too it i went for a was And went back in to the dyne cell

He said look at the dyne screen .. and i sh@t you not it was 666.9 lol

Dave Said lets crack on And make more Noise lol 2.1 bar At 673.9 @567 ft/lb with Shell Vpower

And 756.8 at 2.4 bar and 644 ft/lb with Vp Import 125 ron

Image

Image

Luckly i got to drive home with the race fuel in ..lol Fook its got some Shift

The only changes I did was put the latest Gt35 r billet on version 3 With A 0.82 Exhaust housing .. .

lol Funny You should here 2.4 bar on full chat standing 2 foot away at the exhaust end lol ...

Ime off for a few days now so join to do some footage off my Go Pro so if you want ill post it up

Once Again thanks for looking
