Induction Kit or Not??

My question is whether to fit an induction kit or a pannel filtter instead?

Have read a lot of mixed reviews about both and was just wondering witch I would be better off fitting before getting the 1 re mapped? I have just fitted a full 3 inch system

If I was getting an induction kit I would go for the Roger Clark one

All help is much appreciated guys

To get the best out a induction kit, a remap would be needed !

Is it true that an induction kit will damage the MAF sensor?

The car will be mapped in the next few weeks so just wonted to get as much on the car before getting the re-map work done.

Did'nt have any issues with our MAF with the ind. kit !

Ask your mapper he may be the best one to answer your concerns

Panel filter would be better IMO.

until you get to silly power levels the std airbox actually flows very well and keeps pushing cold air in rather than an induction kit which will normally simply increase the noise and suck hot air

After speaking with Andy Forrest he feels this is the best way forward for me at the moment.

Also belive that the maf sensor is a bit sensitive
