my rear shocks are completly fcked, have been told coilovers are the best route forward, but theres so many, what do i go for ?

If I was going to do this, defo exe-tc. Bro swears by them for setup and handling....

Not cheap mind....

BC coilovers, thats what ive got along with Whiteline f+r anti-roll bars, and their anti-lift kit, for the money spent i'm more than happy, and its alot better than the standard setup :D
