Finned Spoiler...

Postby MaverickUK82 » Thu Jul 16, 2009 11:53 am

I noticed my spoiler has holes (albeit, covered up) in the underside of the top section. I assume this is for the the fins. Can you buy the fins seperately? I think I may like just one to put in the centre of the spoiler to reduce the vibration of it and also to modify it a touch.

If you can buy them singly, how do you fit then?

I've not heard of buying just the fins, but I may be wrong.

One would look silly leaving just two gaps.
Two fins would look better leaving three gaps.

Pictures on a wall look better in threes. Plating food looks better if you plate three items compared to 2 or 4. In simple terms it is easier to make three slices of meat to look more uniform than just 2 or 4 slices. Try it.

nice touch...personally I would go for 2 and get them ice blue. The true WRC ones are just too bulky IMO

otherwise you will look like yet another Sti drift wannabe from 'Fast n Furious'

I agree. Two. Ice Blue. Gonna order them at the end of the month with a diffuser and will have them all sprayed ice blue along with the front bumper to remove any stone chips...

Car is in the spray shop now, picking it up in the morning... hopefully it's a proper job and not a delboy job... bitten my fingers down to the bone...
