Pirelli NERO or ROSSO

Need some new tyres - want to keep same make (Pirelli) but found NERO & ROSSO, anybody know difference, only about 10 quid per tyre but just wondered ? :?

Rosso slightly softer, both very good tyres

Does that mean NERO better wearing ? for my sedate middle aged normal driving style ??

Just had a look, I've got NERO's on back and ROSSO on front for some reason ??
Dealer must have fitted the front ones when I bought it as I said they were too low.
