Missfire

Hi Guys

My One is suffering from a stutter and multiple missfire's under load since Brunters, I have not had much time lately to try and sort it because of working away, but it seems to be electrical such a plugs, coilpack etc after looking up a few threads.
Im going to fit a new set of plugs to see if that resolves the problem first so could anyone advise on the best plugs to get for the car, Make etc and correct gap. I wont be fitting myself as i am hopeless and i believe it not easy getting to them. Any other imput on the main problem would be appreciated :!:

It's a good starting place.

NGK PFR7B's, 0.7 gap.
