Quick update:

I rang ProSport this morning, told them Subaru warranty have told me they haven't put a claim in! Pete who I think is the manager there said they guy would was dealing with my warranty work been off for a week sick and that why it not been put in, yet every other time I rang they said waiting on Subaru to approve!

Very poor service! :x

Might have to try another service centre.

I'm thinking of using Greenwood Subaru if ProSport don't get back to me today.

For completeness:

ProSport have finally put a claim through to Subaru warranty and it's been approved :D

So rear shocks can be replaced under extended warranty :thumb:

Interesting reading this.
Had my car into the stealers for a service and asked to check the shockers, turns out 1 front and both rear are on the way out.
I have a "Subaru Approved Warranty " and that's the dealer just called to say Subaru have agreed to change them but I have to pay for a 4 wheel alignment? Which cost £160 ish. Can't complain though if I'm getting my shockers done FOC :D
