Remove brake pads and refit maybe?
Knowing how you drive the discs may be getting a bit warm and if pads are not seated corectly they "may" rub. Crash bang wollop!!
i dont think it is that as when i go left the noise goes
then comes back when there is presure on that side Regs

i took my mate out and he thought it might be the driveshaft
im of work monday so i might take it to Quenbys so they can check it out i am also considering extended warranty any one think this is a waste of cash ? Regs

Surely your new engine comes with at least 12months anyway??? Crash bang wollop!!
As your mate says drive shaft or possibly a wheel bearing, or is it your mate screaming when you go round left corners
