5 speed gearbox question.

Does anyone know what sort of power and torque the WRX's (MY04/MY05) gearbox can take and still be relialbe as a daily driver?

Not sure mate, a lot of the big power boys swap to the 6sp. Bob Rawle runs one in his classic!
