Which oil for the 1

Just wondered which type of oil you lot are using in your 1 ..? Fully or Semi syn

Also what make..?

I use motul at the moment, but have used sikolene pro s for track days !

Haven't used Sikolene but currenlty using Silkolene Pro-S from Opie Oils.. :lol:

With a standard car I used either Motul 300v 5w-40 or Silkolene Pro-S 5w-40.

I now use Motul 300v 15w-50 because I was told to.
