Clifford Concept 650 and Intellistart

Is it possible to wire a concept 650 with Intellistart into the gearbox neutral switch? As it stands to use the Intellistart you have to first confirm that the car is out of gear when you lock it. If it could be wired into the neutral switch this process could be bypassed... Any thoughts?
