Which tyres?

Postby chiroman » Thu Nov 08, 2007 3:26 pm

Need to get new tyres for the flying WR1, am presently running Pirelli P-Zero Rosso's but was wondering if anyone is running Michelin PS2 or Pirelli P-Zero Corsa Asimmetrico as was thinking of a change. Realise Asimmetrico may be a bit too soft for daily road but good fot track use. Any feedback appreciated.

If you want, I got a set of Advan 048's here with 75% on.

You can have em for 180 quid.

I dont think you can get the P-Zero corsa, and if you can you will pay really big bucks for them. i'm currently using 888s and they're noisy, great in the dry, rubbish in the wet, i probably wont have them again, but they are fun!

Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta

They are getting fantastic reports on s/net and sidc, even better in the wet than goodyear f1's, and there round about £85 a corner from mocom racing and £40 fitting or £20 delivery if your a member of sidc !

235/40/18 £89.30

I've stuck with the P-zero Nero's that came with the car. Hard wearing and good all rounders.
Engine: FMIC with K&N CAIK, Oil Catch Can & MD321H turbo. Next mod: TBD
Brakes: Turbo Groove Discs, Pagid RS29's & Braided Hoses.
Suspension: Whiteline front and rear ARB's, ALK
