Only heard good reports about them mate, but can't personally endorse them.

Really do fancy better lights.

I was wondering if it would be better to get a set of lights out of a JDM car?

It's certainly likely to be a more reliable and better fitting option, but i'm sure the JDM cars will have a different wiring loom as well.

The kits like the SN group buy one normally come with their own sub loom.

Thanks slap.

Do you know what bulb is required for the WR1? That post is jibberish to me.

Pretty certain it's H1 for the dipped, and HB3 for the main, but check your owners manual.

Are you wanting to do both main and dipped? In which case you will need 2 kits.

Can confirm the HIDs are terrific, well worth the trouble, mine are slightly blue. I've done main and dip. Believe jdm's are dip only, many people only convert dip but the main is stunning

The gb was from Xenon Light Source in China. Quality of kit ok. I had to return one box which wouldn't fire up but got return from china in few days, although it did feel strange posting off to china so far away.

Need to locate the igniter/ballast boxes one for each light.

I put two under ns inner wing below battery shelf and the other two on os on separate bracket just in front of os suspension turret.

Dip connected no probs with plug/socket, main had to loop wiring inside back of lamp and back out. I f you're not handy with wiring let auto electrician sort it.

Lamps are fed from battery terms direct via inline fuses because of high start up current surge which will blow standard fuses.

The existing switched cct is wired to relays supplied and contact off these wired to igniter boxes - prewired harness.

One thing I've noticed is slight radio interference from lights on weak channels, I guess some suppression of electrical spikes needed.

Go for it
