I found another boost leak, this time leaking from underneath the silicon hose behind the nearside fog light. I had to borrow an air compressor and connect it up to the rig I made before. I pumped 1.5 BAR pressure in and the same high pitched noise I get on the road happened.
There was loads of air leaking from underneath the hose. I had the dealer look at it when my car was in for service and they recommended I replace the hose clamp. I ordered one of these:

I fitted the new clamp and the leak is sorted
Cheers to Kelvin and Graham at Bulldog Twyford Subaru for use of tools (I wanted to sort this myself!)
The car feels so much better. I'm going to visit the Surrey rolling road to check the AFR's because the leak was quite bad and I want to make sure the car isn't running lean.
I'll post the RR graph when I've been.
Cheers
Anders
