CD Changer

Went to my usual guy to fit CD changer and my old kenwood head and he reckons that it will have to come from subaru as it is a special size.
Looking at the website i was wondering if a 12 CD changer could be fitted if you refer to handbook i have type "A" head fitted is that standard?
Apolgies if this is in wrong section!!

Any help gratefully recieved.

Do you mean cos the current one is double din and the kenwood is single din?

If so Subaru do a pocket for about a tenner to fill the gap.
