Hi new here just need a quick bit of advice i looked at a wrx 1995 m reg today and it was very nice but somthing is bugging me its a red car but the engine bag is grey is this normal

I'd expect it to match the car I suppose. Or possibly be covered in oil and grime.
Grey sounds like primer from a re-spray....
