Ride comfort

Postby NiallWR1 » Fri Oct 30, 2015 7:52 pm

Having read plenty of threads I'm coming to the following conclusion: if I find the oem ride a little too hard (with suitable tyres) then I just have to suck it up because there is no aftermarket alternative which won't ultimately be even harsher. Or did I miss an option?

std ride shouldn't be harsh although depends what your used to as its designed as a performance vehicle rather than a luxury limo...........

the likes of Eibach springs tend to offer a slightly better ride than std but ultimately not going to change it totally

Thanks for the replies.

It's not terrible, no, but bad enough to get on my nerves. So eibachs might provide a slight improvement? It wouldn't need to be much better to make a worthwhile difference. I thought eibach made the pro drive springs on the wr1 anyway. Is the prokit option a different spring set?

True. Roads around here are dreadful.
