Check engine light

Postby reaso » Tue May 07, 2013 5:29 pm

Check engine came on the other day and turns out to fault code p0130 O2 sensor circuit malfunction I have reset it with my fault decoder and the light has not come on again. The fault only seems to come on when sitting at motorway speeds for about 5 miles doesn't come on any other time and the car seems to run fine.
Could it be the front 02 sensor in the headers before the uppipe or is it another sensor

seems a reasonable assumption...it only has 1 lambda and will be pretty easy to swap out (although might need some heat on the nut after all this time)

Either that or take a run down to your local garage and stick it on the diagnostics and emissions test.
