Pollen Filter Removal

Anyone changed the pollen filter?? Two minute job, but i have a large gold type box/ frame and relay directly in front of the plastic cover which retains the filter,so access to the filter is 85% restricted . Looks as though i will have to lower the lower part of the motor to gain access. Filter looks ok but will need changing on next service.

Any ideas

Yes ive seen that demo but my filter cover has a large gold box with a relay in front, this is bolted to the tubular structure along the dash so pulling the filter out and replacing without damage is going to be feat in itself. 85% of the filter opening is covered???

Why are you trying to change the pollen filter?
If its because you just started sneezing then try using AC to clean the air

You can get it out mate, I did mine not so long ago. Was chock full of dead flies. If you squeeze the filter from both ends it will come out. When you put the new one back in it will pop back in to place.
