3 port valve plumbing

Postby reaso » Fri Dec 23, 2011 4:01 pm

cant upload a picture of my 3 port valve so i will try to explain,i disconnenctted my 3 port valve as somebody said to me it needs cleaned now and again so i took off the pipes and forgot to mark where they went stupid d***head.
its been reconnected but just want another opinion,if you are looking at your valve with the electrical connection on the right hand side then the pipe below that goes to a small nozzle on the side of your turbo housing(pressure source i think)
the pipe on the left hand goes to the plastic air duct from your air filter, after your air mass sensor and before your turbo.
the last pipe that last sticks straight up then goes to your actuator.
there is a website of how to plumb it on cobb tunning but it seems to suggest to different ways (maybe i am just stupid)
i dont now anybody else with a wr1 to check theres and my friends have sti 's and they dont have 3 port valves
i hope this can understand this without a picture[/img]
