Ceramic Coating?

Hi Folks, Can anyone recommend a company who does ceramic coating in the South east? Also i assume this is a must? I got an RCM manafold at the Prodrive meet earlier this year and its about time i put it on!
How much can i expect to pay?
Is the header hard to fit?
Im gonna put the full 3" RCM system on with a sports cat. But reading the threads i gather that the wr1 cat is pretty much as good as it gets? Shall i just keep that in place? Is it 3"?
