Any advice on sourcing a cooler?

Ive been looking into these, apparently a company called Mocal does a top rated Oil Cooler for the Scoobys.

Alyn mentioned a thermostatic sandwich plate so the cooler only gets used when the oil is hot.

I was looking into oil coolers and oil catch tanks. With both there are cheap and expensive options. The expensive options have thermostats on the oil cooler and for the oil catch tanks they can recirculate the oil. The cheaper ones do what they say on the tin.

For example Oil Catch Tank - £55 VS Oil Catch Tank + Recirculation System - £220ish.
