Speakers/Door card removal

Does anyone know what size the standard speakers are in the one both front and rear and how do you get the door cards off?

Had my head unit replaced over christmas at a specialist audio shop and i was givern a set of 13cm speakers and adapters plates from a friend with an o3 sti blob who is to lazy to replace them him self.

So i asked the shop to fit, so i can not help with getting the cards off however he did say that the holes in the doors would take a 16cm speaker however they would be too deep with out the adaptor and too big to get the card back on with the adapter.

As the standard speaker are super slim, if the number of the shop would be any help please pm me as they are great guys
