Diff Temp Light

Driving to work this morning (M25) cruising cause of average speed cameras, Noticed the rear diff temp light flickering on and off.
When i sped up the light would come on solid
When i slowed down it would go off and start flickering.
I feel it might b a ground connection issue,
wondering if anyone had any experience with this?

yeah has happened to me occasionally - mainly when pratting around on gravel.
