PLEASE HELP
I WANT TO CHANGE MY WR1 HEAD UNIT CAN SUM 1 PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SIZE THE TOUCHSCREEN SIZE SHOULD BE AND WHAT IN THE BLUE HELL IS DOUBLE DIN
OH YEH I WANT TO PUT A DVD/MP3/SATNAV ETC TOUCHSCREEN IN

Double din is the size of the standard subaru stereo. A din slot is the size of stereo you normally buy & the subaru stero is twice that size so hence double din.

Any single or double din will fit.

You can replace the stereo with single din or double din. If you go for a single din unit you can get a blanking plate/cover for the other slot... double din is easiest as its a straight swap.

take a trip into halfords,am sure one of the guys in there will help you out,afterall they do sell sterio's :wink:

You can also buy a single din unit with the pop up screen and a single din cd tray that fits instead of a blanking cover

Single din looks pants in the given slot IMHO and looks like it came from the 80s.
