Worrying Knocking Noise

Ive just done a full set of poly bushes. Since these went on, the car has been knocking like hell (at the rear) on over-run at any speed. The noise is more apparent when the cars coasting out of gear. I'm unsure whether its normal diff backlash noise transmitted through the poly diff mount or whether it means ££££££££ repairs to the diff, any ideas boys and girls?

Get someone to sit in the back to find out if knocking is coming from the top corner of the rear seats, if so it may be the suspension top mount, I had this before I changed to exe tc topmounts the rubber donut perished, so the top of the damper floats making it knock most of the time !
But if knocking sound like bottom end get it checked out, you may have not tightened or something may have come loose....
Or you may have the common rear suspension fault !
