any ideas how to get the oil pipe back on (bottom of turbo)I have been looking at how im going to put my turbo back in. How do you get the oil pipe back on the bottom of the turbo as there s not much space, any idea's , thanks
taken directly from the Haynes manual - 'Re-Fitting is the reverse of removal'
How f*cking useful is that? Sorry mate, but I don't know either... can you take the other end of the pipe off, then fit the turbo bit whilst its out of the engine...maybe the other end is easier to fit once the turbo is back in place?
we always leave the flexible pipe on the turbo and its a case of (simply LOL) sliding it on as you gently lower the turbo on the studs..........

:DDo it like Alyn says....................
Its only a drain and so is not subject to Positvei pressure so you'll be ok without 1 of the 2 spring clips removed.
