Its almost time for changing the timing belt on the 1 and was wondering if anyone could recommend anywhere on the internet to get the parts from or anywhere I should avoid, how much it will sting me for parts and the labour for fitting? Thanks!

I had the 50k service done recently (including belt) by the same Independent I have used for about 5 years.

Total cost all in was £480. As you probably know the dearest thing these days is the parts due to the strength of the Yen. The Cambelt tensioner needed replacing (part cost £140) and the belt itself cost £85.
